Hang in There, Baby Campaign
“If we can make motivation visually interesting, we can make it socially contagious.
Content Strategy
Starting with the cultural legacy of the classic “Hang in There, Baby” cat poster, this campaign reimagines motivational content for a new era. By pairing bold, conceptual graphic design with inspiring, community-centered messaging, we can build trust, authority, and emotional resonance with audiences. The strategy is to consistently produce visually striking motivational graphics, share them across mainstream and design-focused platforms, and link them back to our brand ecosystem. This positions E2E Partners as not only an educational and workforce development leader, but also as a source of everyday inspiration.

  • Concept: Achievement as a group act; education as shared momentum.
  • Visual Style: Blocky typography and color overlay to merge people and message.
Distribution Strategy
To overcome algorithmic limitations on video-heavy platforms, the "Hang in There, Baby" campaign strategically distributes its designs across a multi-platform ecosystem, emphasizing visual-first, static-friendly networks.
Primary Platforms: Creative & Branding
  • Behance: Full project case studies and campaign documentation.
  • Dribbble: Single-image concept teasers to build design audience.
  • Pinterest: Motivational and career inspiration boards linking to E2E.
  • LinkedIn: Contextual posts highlighting purpose and outcomes.
Secondary Platforms: Engagement & SEO
  • Tumblr / Ello: Niche art communities with motivational aesthetic fit.
  • Reddit: Sharing to subreddits like r/GetMotivated, r/Design.
  • Facebook / Instagram: Cross-posting short motivational captions.
  • Medium: Extended thought pieces explaining design intent.
Each platform post links directly to E2E’s website, driving brand trust and visibility.
Outcome Vision
By transforming motivation into a creative medium, this campaign makes E2E’s message: achievement through community, resilience, and imagination; both emotionally shareable and visually recognizable. The "Hang in There, baby" series transcends mere posts, becoming a living archive of hope and human connection expressed through design.
“Because sometimes, all someone needs is a reminder. Not just to hang in there; but to keep creating, learning, and believing.”
Chaotic-core & Absurd maxxing: Storytelling for Gen Z
In an increasingly digital and often overwhelming world, content strategies must adapt to resonate with younger generations. "Absurd Maxxing" leverages the unique preferences of Gen Z and Gen Alpha to build genuine connections.
Gen Z & Gen Alpha Values
These generations prioritize authenticity, humor, and genuine connection over heavily polished, corporate-produced content. They seek relatability and shared experiences, fostering a sense of community around candid expressions.
Chaotic Appeal
Whimsical, chaotic content taps into absurdism, irony, and the shared experience of digital overload. This approach validates their unique perspectives, allowing brands to connect through unconventional and memorable storytelling.
By embracing this approach, we move beyond traditional marketing to create content that not only captures attention but also fosters loyalty and engagement among a crucial demographic.

Outcome Vision

For E2E and its partners, Absurd Maxxing functions as a creative proof of concept: Sincerity and absurdity can coexist within professional communication. By leaning into humor, unpredictability, and cultural resonance, this body of work challenges the sterile tone often found in institutional outreach.
Each piece positions employment, mentorship, and personal development not as corporate ideals but as emotional, sometimes funny, but always real lived experiences. Through this lens, creative chaos connects the digital language of young audiences to the grounded mission of workforce empowerment.
